Recently, a very nice and completely renovated P1800 S from 1965 was sold by Bilweb's latest collector car auction. The final bid ended up on a record high price of SEK 376 000!
“This is a record selling price for this classic car model, here at Bilweb Auctions. Never before has a P1800 reached this bid on our auctions”, says Michael Luft.
“Now this model has finally started to achieve the right market value. In the past, it has been clearly been undervalued. The car is considered by many to be one of the world's most beautiful cars and is perhaps also Volvo's most famous model. It had a leading role in a famous TV series “The Saint” with Roger Moore, during many years in the 1960s, says Michael Luft” responsible for Bilweb Auctions.
At the upcoming auction on 15.10, three more Volvo P 1800 cars are on the list.
