"A well-built car with a recent Appendix K inspection."

Description

The Cortina is built for track racing, but it may easily be rebuilt with a different chassis setup for historical rally competitions. It's a fantastic car from the 1990s that was used in the European Championship series, among other things. in Zandvoort. Elwa-Motors AB in Västerhaninge, a specialist in Ford and BMC engines, built the engine. It has dual Weber carburetors and is expected to produce around 150 horsepower. The gearbox has a close ratio. The car is made of steel and has a roll cage. It is lowered and has a stiffer suspension. The car is also equipped with attractive Mini lite wheels and classic Dunlop Racing tires.
The car is subjected to an Appendix K inspection, which is valid for ten years. Cortina was also recently certified for street use in its current form, making it exempt from inspection/MOT.
This car's road service life ended in the 1980s.

Facts about the model
