"It's a car you'd like to own its well  kept, nice to drive and in good condition"

Description

On April 29, 1965, it was registered. The original owner knows the second owner, who bought the car in 1972. At the time, the metre read 50,000 kilometres. It was the family's second car, and the lady of the house rarely drove it. She drove it for the last time in 1989. She drove only 20,000 km between 1972 and 1989. Today's metre reading is 70,21 kilometers. During the years 1972-1989, her brother (a auto mechanic) spray-oiled the car on a regular basis. The car was parked in the family's warm garage after she stopped using it. However, the brother made certain that it was started and kept in working order every year.
The family sold the car to an acquaintance in 2017, who will now sell it.
It has been stored in a warm garage for 33 years and is hence uninspected but completely functional.

Condition: a bit of a time capsule. Very nice untouched car, with original paint except that a front wing was repainted and the area around the grill.
A new fuel pump was fitted about 10 years ago and in recent years new wheel brake cylinders and clutch cylinders.
The engine starts immediately, even when it has been standing for a long time.
The only rust damage that has been found is a small hole in the muffler, which therefore needs to be replaced before the inspection. Fully functional Hydrolastic suspension

Condition

  • Mechanical condition:

The car is in good basic condition and has been well maintained. Keep in mind that the car hasn't been driven much, so even if it's been inspected and authorised, you should take a few small journeys before embarking on a big journey. However, this applies to all cars that have not been driven in a long time.

  • Interior condition:

    Very good condition.

  • Exterior condition:

Good original condition except for a few minor dents. A repainted front wing.

  • General condition:

It is remarkable to find such a untouched and rust-free car these days. Buy and drive as is. It will always make you smile.

Facts about the model
