Mechanical condition
The engine and transmission run smoothly. Upon cold start, the engine might run a bit unevenly, but it operates as expected once warmed up. The sunroof is in good working condition, and all auxiliary equipment, including the AC, functions properly. Occasionally, a whining sound can be heard from the drivetrain, though its exact origin is uncertain. This sound has been present since at least 2005 and hasn't intensified. The car has received new rear brake calipers.

Interior condition
There's a repair on the lower part of the driver's seatback. A small hole can be found in the passenger seat cushion. Both the carpets and rubber mats are in good condition, as is the instrument panel. The inner roof lining is clean and intact. Overall, considering the mileage, the interior is in good used condition.

Exterior condition
The body and paint are in normal condition for the car's age. The paint has some touch-ups, and the body has minor imperfections like stone chips and small dents, as seen in the pictures. The lower plastic trim on the driver's door is loose at the front and has scrape marks at the leading edge. There is a small chrome strip missing on the rear left fender. The plastic on the bumpers has some scratches. Chrome is in good condition otherwise. The cover near the front tow hook is missing. There are some paint spots on the hood that might be possible to polish away.

Facts about the model
Engines carried over from the previous model included the four-cylinder petrol engines. The diesel engines were similar to those found in the 190, while the six-cylinder engines were entirely new. Starting in 1986, the petrol engines were offered with catalytic converters. Later updates included new four-valve engines, and large V8 engines were introduced.

- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
