A Porsche classics in the tractor empire. This copy has been in southern Sweden, relatively little used and has always been stored inside. 15 years ago, the previous owner decided to restore the tractor. It was very thorough and took five years with the best end result. The tractor has many new parts and tyres. Nice paintwork. Has had a technical review of all wearing parts. The tractor starts easily and runs well. Sounds wonderful with its air-cooled diesel engine. This is En AP 22, the predecessor of the bestseller Standard, which is the second smallest and very handy and reasonably strong model. A perfect collector's item that you can also have a lot of fun with. All parts are still available for Porsche tractors and it is organized through Porsche Diesel clubs and regular Porsche club meetings and events all year round.

1500 cc 2 cyl air-cooled diesel. Nice to drive. Feels good on the road and the engine and gearbox work fine.

Facts about the model
Historien om Porsche Diesel är intressant. 1936 beställde Hitlers administration ett förslag av Dr Ingenjör Porsches tekniska byrå, på en folktraktor, som skulle vara enkel, driftssäker och stark. Detta ingick i ett program med bättre vägar, en folkbil (Bubblan) och en folktraktor. 1937 visade Porsche sin konstruktion (och fick patent), men luftkyld dieselmotor och en speciell koppling som gjorde traktorn lättkörd. Någon produktion hann dock aldrig komma igång före kriget. Efter kriget var behovet av traktorer jättestort. 1948 började företaget Allgaier tillverka traktorer och efter något år, fick de använda Porsches patent på motor och koppling med mera. Porsches företag blev mer involverad i produktionen och 1953/54 bytte de namn till Porsche Diesel. Junior var grundmodellen, senare kom även två (AP22 och Standard), tre (Super) och fyrcylindriga (Master) luftkylda diesel motorer i större modeller. Junior är idag den mest populära, eftersom den har så fin design och bara väger 950 kg och marschar runt 20-25 km per timma, (varför många har den för finåkning och enklet kör den på släpkärra när de skall längre bort på träffar och event).
I början av 1960-talet började marknaden för små traktorer bli mättad och Porsche Diesel såldes 1963 till Renault tractors och då upphörde produktionen i Tyskland, men flera tekniska lösningar levde vidare.

- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
