General condition
An attractive Austin-Healey 3000 Mk I that remains in good condition following its 1990s restoration. It is fully drivable, but as it has not been used during the past two years, a service and inspection would be advisable to ensure continued reliability.

Facts about the model
In the autumn of 1956, the four-cylinder model became the Austin-Healey 100–6 when it received a six-cylinder engine and a slightly longer wheelbase. In 1957, production was moved from Longbridge to MG’s factory in Abingdon-on-Thames. The next development came in 1959 with the introduction of the Austin-Healey 3000, featuring a larger six-cylinder engine.
These three models are collectively known as the “Big Healeys,” and production of the last Austin-Healey 3000 was completed in December 1967. Austin-Healey enjoyed considerable success in motorsport, competing in road races such as the Mille Miglia and in rallies including Spa–Sofia–Liège, Tulip, and RAC.
