Mechanical condition
Continuously serviced and maintained. The cambelt was changed in 2019 at 82,690 km. Since then, it has only driven 230 km. Equipped with automatic transmission and air-conditioning. Everything works without a hitch. The original spare wheel on the aluminium rim has never been mounted on the car. See picture. Equipped with a removable towbar.

Interior condition
Light beige interior in as close to new condition as you can get. A dirt spot on the right rear seat cushion is the only thing that lowers the rating a little. See picture

Exterior condition
Nice original paintwork in dark green metallic. There are a few blemishes on the outside as well as a few stone chips at the front of the bonnet.
The windshield has a small crack at the top on the right side. There is some paint rubbing on the threshold by the driver's door, as well as very small damage where the paint has rubbed off on the edge, at the bottom of the driver's door. See picture. There is also a small dent on the left rear door, a typical door opening damage. See picture. The lower part of the front bumper has scuffs and scratches. See the pictures. The tow bar has surface rust and should receive an anti-rust treatment. -
General condition
Very good meticulously maintained original condition with few remarks. Better condition than you would expect from an almost 30-year-old car with 80000 km on the odometer.

Facts about the model
När Volvo 850 presenterades den 11 juni 1991 var det stora förändringar från tidigare modeller. Den stora nyheten, och kanske överraskningen för inbitna Volvoägare, var framhjulsdrift och tvärställd femcylindrig motor. Man hade även utvecklat en halvstel så kallad deltalinkbakaxel.
Volvo 850 fanns i sedan- och kombiversion och tillverkades i Torslanda, Gent samt i Halifax.
850 var den första svenska personbilen från Volvo med tvärställd femcylindrig motor och framhjulsdrift.
1996 blev sista tillverkningsåret för Volvo 850.
Året därpå genomgick modellserien en stor facelift och döptes om till Volvo S70 och V70. Totalt tillverkades 716 903 exemplar av 850-serien.

- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
