"A car under renovation that has not quite been completed but where it is largely only the convertible top that is not in place. All technology and decor look very nice."

Description

A nice little sedan and people's car from Auto-Union and DKW from the 30s, sold in Sweden. In Meisterklasse’s design, then with the larger engine. A two-cylinder two-stroke engine of 692 cubic meters and 20 hp, three-speed gearbox. The F-series stands for front-wheel drive and was manufactured in the 1930s. The whole arrangement was small but had good craftsmanship and a masterpiece from DKW.

Here in a nice open Cabrio coach design. One of four cars from a collection which is now for sale. The owner has put a lot of love and care into his carts. Now it has not been run for a while and needs an overhaul. Ample documentation and history from previous ownership and renovation are included with the car.

Condition

  • Mechanical condition:

Not test driven or started. Engine runs, brakes, mechanical, work and everything seem in order. As for the technical side, it can probably be set up and running without much effort. Relatively simple and reliable technology from the 1930s, but since it has been standing for a while it is difficult to know exactly what needs to be fixed.

  • Interior condition:

Nicely renovated leather upholstery for the front seats and back seats. Otherwise, the interior is also in a relatively newly renovated condition.

  • Exterior condition:

The body frame as well as the paintwork and other exterior appear to have been well-built and in good condition. Now it's time for a convertible top and to finish the renovation.

  • General condition:

A nicely renovated car that needs finishing work and finally a registration inspection, to be allowed to hit the roads again.

Facts about the model
