Description
At some point in its history, the bike was slightly modernized, but it still retains many original features and details.
During the Second World War, Harley-Davidson produced over 90,000 WLA and WLC models, along with a vast supply of spare parts to keep them running under tough conditions. Powered by the rugged 750cc (45 cubic inch) flathead V-twin engine, the model became known as the Liberator to many soldiers who relied on its dependable performance. After the war, thousands of surplus bikes were sold into civilian hands, often modified and repainted—helping kick-start the custom and biker culture of the 1950s. Today, these machines are highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts alike.
