Description

The Saab 99 LE being sold is a Swedish car that has primarily been used in the salt-free region of Jämshög. Throughout its history, it has had a total of eight owners. The current owner purchased the car in 2020 but is now selling it due to limited usage, with only a few summer days of driving each year. The car has been well-maintained and kept in good condition, successfully avoiding significant rust problems. The mileage currently stands at 47,498 km, although it is likely that the true mileage is 147,498 km, as supported by an older inspection report. A quick check in the register indicates that there are only a few hundred models of this car still on the road. The car has had some extra “bling” features added EMS badges and headlight moulding and extra lights that can be kept or removed depending on your taste?

  • Mechanical condition:

As previously stated, the motor fan requires replacement, and a simple service and evaluation is recommended. The car is inspection exempt for ever and easily repaired. Also has a tow bar fitted and good wheels and tires.

  • Interior condition:

The interior is tidy and presentable, with good seats and slightly sagging cloth in the rear and drivers seat. A decent headliner and good door cards. The dashboard and gauges are completely intact and functional, plus a few extra switches for extra lights and tow bar lights have been added to the center console.

  • Exterior condition:

Clean and straight bodywork with minimal rust, especially not around the lower door edges. Some small blisters can be found on the car and in the boot (see pictures). The paintwork is tidy with a few touched-up scratches on the rear door, corner rear wing, and bootlid (see pictures). The underbody is tidy and free from damage or rust.

  • General condition:

This well-kept Saab 99 LE is a perfect entry-level classic car option. It is in good condition and requires only minor cosmetic improvements, making it an affordable choice for enthusiasts
