Description
The engine underwent a comprehensive renovation, with all worn components replaced, and it was thoroughly bench-tested before being reinstalled in 2006. Since then, the car has only been driven for a mere 1900 km, as indicated in the accompanying invoice. The clutch was also replaced during the same time, and the brake system received a full renovation in 2007. The car's low usage is the sole reason for its current sale. Mechanical condition
The car runs and drives smoothly, without any notable issues. It may benefit from a routine service if desired. It comes with attractive original steel wheels, complemented by chrome hubcaps and tires in good condition. A new battery was recently installed on May 10, 2023. Additionally, the car comes with two keys for added convenience.

Interior condition
The interior of the car is fully intact and retains its original features. An amp gauge and an old Blaupunkt radio have been added, although the radio is currently not connected. The dashboard has some lifting vinyl, and the gauges may have some dust behind the glass. The seats show standard wear associated with age, with a slight split in the stitching on the driver's seat. The carpets, door cards, and headliner, considering their age, remain in good condition.

Exterior condition
As previously mentioned, the car underwent renovations in the 1980s, which are evident with some signs of bubbling in the paintwork. However, there are no visible signs of rust on the bodywork, and it remains straight and presentable. The underbody is clean and free of rust, although there is evidence of previous work in the front tub area.

Facts about the model
The Porsche 912 featured a four-cylinder engine instead of the six-cylinder engine found in the 911. The engine was a 1.6-liter flat-four air-cooled unit that produced around 90 horsepower. While the 912 was not as fast as the 911, it still offered a rewarding driving experience and excellent handling characteristics.
The 912 shared many design elements and components with the early 911 models, including its iconic styling, interior layout, and suspension setup. Visually, the 912 closely resembled the 911, making it difficult to distinguish between the two models at first glance. However, the 912 had subtle differences, such as different badging and chrome accents.

For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
