"The car has driven only 120,000 km, which can be seen in its condition. Freshly serviced and reviewed, its a very nice car."

Description

The car was bought brand new in Blekinge, and its first owner from Olofstrom drove it for 26 years until he got too old to drive anymore. Since then, the car has been in Gothenburg, where it is part of a collection of Volvos. On the outside, there are no rust spots or other problems with the car. Most of the paint is original. It looks almost brand new on the inside and enginebay. There are no signs of wear or rubbing on the seats or in the boot. When it comes to driving, it is quick, tight, and doesn't shake. It also feels stable, even at higher speeds.
After 2017, the car stopped running, mostly because its fuel tank leaked when it was full. A brand-new tank was fitted and all of the tyres were changed. The odometer stopped at 11789 km, so estimated mileage at 121,000 km because the car hasn't been driven much since 2014 and has been sitting still since 2017.

Condition

  • Mechanical condition

Well-maintained and in good technical shape, no comments. It seems like the car has only been driven 120,000 km, and you can tell by looking at the engine and other parts that it has spent its whole life in a garage.

  • Interior condition

The inside is clean and not old or worn. Seat covers have been used, which is why the seats still look brand new. No remarks.

  • Exterior condition

The body is very nice and has never been damaged. Nice paint work everywhere. No remarks.

  • General condition

We can't remember the last time we saw a 245 original car that was cleaner and nicer. There's nothing to be upset about.
Nice chance for car fans to buy a really good Swedish classic that is also very useful and has become a cult favourite in Sweden, Germany, the United States, and other places.

Facts about the model
