Steering and other functions worked well. It has not been inspected on a lift, but from what could be seen, everything looked good. No comments from the vehicle inspection. The car comes with a MapTune data box.

Facts about the model
Saab’s Cabriolet models had a somewhat nomadic production history. Initially, they were made by Valmet in Finland. However, the second generation 9-3 Cabriolet, introduced for the 2004 model year, was produced by Magna-Steyr in Austria. Towards the end, production moved back to Trollhättan, but the final 2012 model year was assembled in Nyköping.
Hirsch Performance AG is a Swiss company with a history with Saab dating back to 1967, when Georg Hirsch took over as a Saab dealer in St-Gallen. From 1987, a spin-off named Carline AG, later HPAG, specialized in individual car enhancements. In 1993, the foundation for the current core business of engine upgrades was laid. From 2002, the brand Saab Performance by Hirsch was established as an official and exclusive collaboration with Saab in Trollhättan. Naturally, this collaboration ended with Saab’s cessation. Today, they stand on their own and are a competence center for the development and production of tuning for Saab cars.
MapTun Performance in Örebro started by upgrading software for Saab but is now a full-service tuning company. They offer everything from simple engine renovations to advanced custom builds. They now have various brands such as MapTune Powersports, Parts, Pole Position, and Bilverkstad.
