MZ ES 250/2 Trophy — 1968

In the DDR of the 1960s, it was a fine motorcycle, one that even motorcyclists from the former Soviet Union admired.

"It's visually appealing and has aged well in its original state. The engine hasn't started in over a decade, but it does kick over. It's been off the road since 1990, and it's been stored in a garage since then."

Description

This bike arrived in Sweden in 1973, and it's unclear who imported it at the time. Following the fall of the eastern bloc, it is now fashionable to own bikes and cars from that era. This is a cool and rare DDR 1960s motorcycle with a two-stroke engine developed behind the Iron Curtain.

Facts about the model
