Description
The lamp company Osram purchased the car brand new in Stockholm in 1953. It was most likely a management car or used by the CEO. For unknown reasons, Osram drove the car in and out of traffic in 1962. The car was purchased by a Mercedes expert in Skellefte in the early 1970s. He kept the car for a few years and summer-drove it before starting a four-year renovation in 1988. The car was purchased by the current owner, who is the third owner, in 2017. Since the renovation in 1992, the car has only covered 3000 kilometers and is in excellent condition.
The only thing worth mentioning is the crack in the windshield, which can be seen in the photo. The current owner is a large Mercedes collector who is selling the car because he believes it is underutilized.
Because the car was only used from 1953 to 1962, we estimate the total mileage to be 128,000 km. (The meter rolled over at 100,000 kilometers.) The vehicle is accompanied by paperwork. A large workshop manual is included, as well as a binder filled with receipts from the renovation.

Den klassiska lyxbilen Mercedes-Benz 300 (W 186 och 189) är idag främst känd under sitt smeknamn, "Adenauer Mercedes". Modellen tillverkades under mer än 10 år från 1951 till och med 1962.
Konrad Adenauer, Förbundsrepubliken Tysklands första kansler, var en av de första användarna av denna nya flaggskeppsmodell från Mercedes-Benz. Modellen betraktas av många som Tysklands stora återkomst på den internationella bilmarknaden.

- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
