Description
Included with the car is a vast collection of older documentation, including invoices, inspection reports, and the original logbook. Mechanically, the car has been well maintained, but it does require some bodywork repairs and interior refurbishments, including reupholstering the rear seats for a nicer appearance. Despite these needs, this model is highly sought after as part of the first series, featuring the same 4.2 engine as the E-Type.

Mechanical condition
Starts directly with a smooth running and sounding engine, drives well in the gearbox and brakes and feels stable with driving and the engine bay is clean and tidy. Good wheels and chromne hubs cap and tires.

Interior condition
Interior is complete, featuring recently reupholstered front seats, a new headliner, and fresh mats. However, the rear seat has some holes and discoloration, and would benefit from reupholstering. The rear seat back panel is loose and requires a simple refit. The dashboard and gauges are in good condition, and the door cards are intact, though some trim is slightly loose and there are a few missing pieces in the passenger side footwell (see pictures).

Exterior condition
Bodywork shows signs of older repairs, with small dents around the doors and some blisters around the lower bodywork, wings, and sills. The paintwork is mismatched in certain areas. The underbody appears solid, with some evidence of older welding and a few rust spots on the front panel and under the boot, but nothing serious. The chrome work all around is bright and shiny.

General condition
The car is drivable as is and has been used for a few years, but the bodywork needs attention and a fresh coat of paint to reach its full potential. It's priced very reasonably, allowing room for the necessary renovation work. Additionally, the engine and gearbox are highly sought after by E-Type owners in need of replacements, adding further value to this car.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
