In the summer, a VW collector's car. A true Big that was light blue metallic from the start. The owner and seller, a VW-Porsche collector who is now downsizing his collection, purchased this car in 2009 and used it as a summer hobby car until 2016, when it was stored. Previous owners repainted the car in a similar color, but it was not metallic. He's also toughened it up with chrome sports rims, wide tires, a sports steering wheel, and a sports seat on the driver's side. The car is in a good condition and runs well, but it must be inspected/MOT because the previous one expired in 2017. It is obvious that this is a BIG model (anniversary series only in Sweden, 1974) because of the wooden decor on the dashboard, Manchester upholstery and disc brakes plus more....
We estimated that the car had travelled 188,000 km and was in excellent condition.

A faulty battery. Good engine and transmission. Perhaps it's time for a service, followed byinspection/MOT.

The decor is acceptable, but it is a little dirty. Some marks on door cards and other places, as shown in the photos.

The paint is a little matt and has some small blisters. Because it has been professionally treated with rust protection, it has performed exceptionally well.

Facts about the model
1303S är toppmodellen i Bubblans utveckling och den mest påkostade, sista bubbla-modellen som byggdes bara i Tyskland. De enklare 1200 och 1300 modellerna fortsatte byggas på flera ställen världen, ända fram till 2003 (i Mexico). 1303 är idag eftertraktade för de betraktas som en lyx-bubbla med många fina detaljer och då särskilt specialmodeller som BIG-serien var.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
