"The car was in the United States until 2011, which explains its excellent condition. It could use some polishing and paint improvement (lower body panels), but it's still very nice. It performs admirably in the engine and gearbox."

Description

This car arrived in Sweden in 2012 and is in original, unrenovated condition. Beautiful body with original paint and a stylish interior with black leather upholstery. At 365 Hkr, the largest 460 engine. When it debuted in 1969, the model was a big hit because of its fine lines and proportions, which harken back to Lincoln's design language as a luxury car two decades before. During its time, the Lincoln Continental was the Cadillac Eldorado's main rival. Both sold in roughly equal amounts. The model was produced in 1972 and is regarded as the last true full-size Ford. These cars were phased out due to the 1973 energy/Middle East crisis.

The current owner of Härnösand car museum. He has had the car as a summer car since 2017, has serviced it, and has driven it on longer trips without incident. (NOTE: The meter reads 60,625 miles) If you look at the seats, etc., this may be true, but it is also possible that it has traveled 160,000 miles.)

The bottom edge of the tailgate is rusted (see photos).

Beautiful car with the highest level of comfort and performance. It's a cool car from a great era. Affordably priced model that is gaining popularity. A good example of a cruise car.
