Ford Model A Tudor Sedan Original — 1928

This car belonged to a large exclusive car collection in Arizona and came to Sweden a year ago. Has always been driven in a dry climates and never had any rust damaged. The car got new paint job and upholstery five years ago and is today in very good original condition. Just one minor comment is the paint on the bonnet is slightly and different color shade, but you hardly notice it.
The car drives and runs great and would make for a great wedding car. The window in the back can be rolled up or down,

  Very good all round condition, small play in the steering, normal for these cars.

  Wonderful interior and upholstery with original design.

• Exterior condition

  Just the slight color shade on the bonnet, nothing else to report.

• General condition

  One of the nicest examples i have seen for many years.

Ford Model A came in 1927 and became the successor of the T-Ford. Model A was Ford's first car with brake and decoupling that we are used to. This became Ford's second great success. In February 1929 two million A-vehicles were sold, equipped with a variety of bodywork. When the production was taken down in 1932 to replace Model B, almost five million had been built.
Under the hood of the A-Ford was a four-cylinder 40 hp water-cooled radish engine and a three-speed unsynchronized gearbox.

The Model A was the first Ford to use the standard set of driver controls with conventional clutch and brake pedals, throttle, and gearshift. Previous Fords used controls that had become uncommon to drivers of other makes. The Model A's fuel tank was situated in the cowl, between the engine compartment's fire wall and the dash panel. It had a visual fuel gauge, and the fuel flowed to the carburetor by gravity. A rear-view mirror was optional.[1] In cooler climates, owners could purchase an aftermarket cast iron unit to place over the exhaust manifold to provide heat to the cab. A small door provided adjustment of the amount of hot air entering the cab. The Model A was the first car to have safety glass in the windshield.[
