"A very stylish car. Impressive craftsmanship in the fine interior. All mechanicals in perfect working order."

Description

This car was imported from the USA in the spring of 2010. It was already in fully restored condition at that time. From what we have been able to trace, the gearbox and rear axle have been rebuilt. As for the engine, there is no documented history of restoration.

The previous owner purchased the car in 2011 from Mel’s Garage in Enköping. A major service was carried out in 2016, during which certain parts were replaced (see receipt). The most recent inspection was also done in 2016, and under current regulations, the car is exempt from both tax and inspection.

The current owner acquired the car in January 2020 and has since used it only sparingly. It remains in excellent condition, and the extensive restoration has held up very well over time. Unfortunately, it was not possible to inspect the car on a lift, but there are no indications of damage or rust.

All technical functions also appear to be in proper working order based on the short test drive we conducted. Older tires in very good condition with no signs of cracking. Excellent wheels. Spare wheel, jack, and two sets of keys are included.

  • Interior condition:

Overall, the interior is in excellent condition. Well-maintained vinyl upholstery, nice panels, and a very attractive classic dashboard that impresses with its beautiful chrome details. The headliner is clean and tidy. On the rear panel on the left side, there is a small repaired damage (see photo).

  • Exterior condition:

Very good exterior condition. The paintwork, finished in Kimberly Blue, has a nice shine. Chrome, glass surfaces, moldings, and light fixtures are all in good working order. Excellent wheels.

  • General condition:

A very elegant overall impression. A beautiful car in every respect, but perhaps most impressive of all is the stunning dashboard with all its chrome — classic American style at its finest.
