Description
The current owner purchased the bike new from Claessons Motor in Bromölla in October 2008, after a late but determined introduction to motorcycle life. She has covered more kilometers in the saddle of her bike than most do, and it can also be followed in the service book. 5,000–7,000 km a year for 18 years is nothing to joke about. Today the bike has covered a total of 113,500 km, and the owner feels that is enough now. The most recent service was performed on 2026-08-21 and the most recent passed inspection on 2026-09-09.

Meticulously serviced according to the book and schedule, and then some. Brakes, gearbox and engine work beautifully together. A Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde exhaust system is fitted, operated at the push of a button to be legally quiet, with another mode leaning more toward Loud pipe saves lives.

Exterior condition
Well-equipped, polished, gleaming, and spruced up. The bike received its Magenta Metallic paint back in 2015. The owner has also often spent the winter months ordering fun parts for the bike. There was plenty of browsing and shopping – including on location in the USA. All original parts remain, packed in a box and/or wrapped in something soft.

Polished, spruced up, and finished with feeling and awareness, in an exceptionally pleasant and well-cared-for condition that does not suggest high mileage. And besides, mechanical things like to be used.

Facts about the model
Victory Motorcycles was active from 1998–2017 as a subsidiary of Polaris. The Vegas model was originally introduced in 2003 as part of the brand's strategy to compete in the big custom cruiser market. The design, developed with the help of custom legend Arlen Ness, is characterized by a narrow 21-inch front wheel, a low seat height, and a distinctive profile with a raised line running along the fuel tank. For the 2008 model year, the motorcycle was mechanically updated and equipped with Victory's Freedom 1600 V-twin engine featuring four-valve technology and electronic fuel injection, together with a six-speed gearbox. Power was transferred to the rear wheel via a carbon fiber-reinforced drive belt. During 2008, the Vegas was offered in several factory variants to reach different audiences; the standard model, the black-painted entry-level Vegas 8-Ball with fewer chrome details and a five-speed gearbox, and the Vegas Low with lowered suspension and relocated controls for shorter riders. Production of the Vegas continued in various versions until January 2017, when Polaris discontinued the Victory brand to focus entirely on the storied Indian Motorcycles.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
