Dodge Coronet V8 — 1955

• Mechanical condition

  260" Polyhead - i.e., not the Hemi which looked similar. Modifications have been made with, among other things, an upgraded ignition system and 12-volt alternating current as well as a dual circuit braking system and brake servo. The engine starts and runs well, gearbox works ok. The car needs some adjustments in the engine and brakes to be completely good and ready for inspection.

• Interior condition

  The seats are complete and nice in the upholstery. The Interior roof is in matching green, which is a bit worn at the edges, but complete and undamaged. The interior and dashboard are in green metallic which is almost original. Electrically operated front seats (controls do not work) The door cards are in very good condition, reclad with Chevrolet badges.
  
  On the equipment side, in addition to the electric seats, there is also the original radio, dashboard clock, oil temperature gauge, and cigarette lighter - however, the heating system is missing.
  
  The carpet have been replaced at some point with some some wear.
  
  The boot is a bit difficult to access - the keyhole is blocked and there is a latch behind the rear seat.

• Exterior condition

  The car is perceived as black, but if you look closer, it is dark green metallic on a black base. The roof is also metallic green. The paintwork is well done although not quite perfect, there are some defects, also some scratches. The Chrome and shiny trim are well maintained for the age of the car, there is some damage but nothing crooked or bumpy. The tyres and hubcaps have a south american style.

• General condition

  In a used condition that has been kept in good working order over the years. The extra plus is the rare 260" Poly engine.

Important to know before placing your bids!

• Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
• When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
• If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
• If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
• Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
• For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
