"The car is in good condition and runs excellently, with no signs of rust. It has passed inspection/MOT and is roadworthy."

Description

The current owner bought the car last year, when it had rusted doors and needed a general inspection. The car was beige and brown in color. The doors were replaced, and the exterior was largely repainted in its original dark blue color. Following that, the car had a general inspection and was authorized for road use. The original rusted doors are included with the car because they have superior side windows than the ones that are now fitted.

Condition

  • Mechanical condition:

The car has been serviced and inspected by a reputable workshop that specializes in English cars, and it's reported to be in good working order. However, there is some play in the gear linkage which affects the precision of the gear changes.

  • Interior condition:

The original interior is in good condition with some natural wear and tear.

  • Exterior condition:

The car has been repainted in its original blue colour, which has been done professionally. However, the hood, roof, and tailgate are still in the previous colour. The chrome is corroded and has pores, and there is a small chip on the rear bumper. The side windows are slightly scratched, but the original doors with better side windows are included.

  • General condition:

There aren't many English P5 Rovers left on the road. Beautiful car that is definitely worth preserving and fixing.
