Description
The current owner's father was a haulage contractor and mainly used his Volkswagen pickup for business errands within and outside of work. However, when it was time for leisurely rides, the immaculate Mercedes was always brought out. There are mounting holes left from a mobile or CB radio holder inside. Considering the many gravel roads in the Järvsö area, headlight guards were ordered and easily mounted in front of the headlights to protect against stone chips. An extra headlight glass is included. The summer tires, Pirelli P8, are mounted on very rare alloy wheels with lockable hubcaps. According to the service book, the car was serviced approximately 250 kilometers ago, in 2019.
A Clarion stereo with a cassette player is also installed. The warranty certificate is included, but the warranty has expired. The ashtray appears to have only been used for toothpicks and has not even seen the smoke from a cigarette. Electrically heated front seats and an engine block heater are certainly comfort-enhancing features and are, of course, included.
The accompanying Mercedes-Benz warranty is dated 850923 and expired on 880922. It is one of the last Mercedes of the 123 model sold in Sweden. Production ceased in January 1986.

Mechanical condition
The car performs well despite the winter cold and slippery conditions during the photo shoot. However, one fog light or hazard light is not functioning. Older year-round tires are currently mounted on the car.

Interior condition
The car is in very good condition. It's likely that the rear center armrest was folded down for the first time during the photoshoot. There are a few small mounting holes from holders for mobile phones or two-way radios.

Exterior condition
A minor dent is present on the right rear fender. This is a typical damage from a heavier gardening tool that has fallen against the car.

General condition
The car is in very good condition, almost like new on most parts. It wasn't specifically cleaned or detailed for the photoshoot but has always been in a very well-maintained condition.

Mercedes W123 was manufactured between 1976 and 1985. It succeeded the W114/W115 and became very popular, with over 2.7 million units produced during its production period. The model was also highly regarded for its high quality, reliability, and long lifespan, making it a sought-after car even in the second-hand market.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
