Description
Don't be misled by the odometer reading of 250 000 km or the fact that the car has had 19 previous owners. This M3 is in an unusually good condition. It is more likely equivalent to 100 000 to 150 000 km. The BMW M3 is a powerful sports car that has been many people's dream car. Most examples have been driven hard until they broke down and ended up scrapped. However, this particular car is an exception and must have had owners who took good care of it from an early stage.
The paintwork is so nice that we are unsure if it has been repainted or if it is the original paint. Most likely, it has been repainted, but we haven't found any signs of paint seams. The car was imported in 1999, and the current owner has had it since 2021. It was inspected by the vehicle inspection authority (bilprovningen) in May 2023 and approved until May 31, 2025. It comes with a spare wheel on an aluminum rim, original tools, and a jack. The original instruction manual is also included.

Equipped with a six-cylinder engine of 3.0L with a stated power of a whopping 286hp. Runs exceptionally smoothly in terms of both the engine and drivetrain. Stable and smooth on the road with no unusual noises.

Very nice original interior. Only a few snags on the driver's seat cushion. See picture.

The paintwork is indeed very nice. The car is equipped with original M3 Motorsport 17" alloy wheels in excellent condition, which adds to its overall appeal.

Facts about the model
Based on the third generation of the 3 Series (E36), a new M3 was introduced in 1992. Unlike the first generation, it featured a six-cylinder engine with a displacement of 3 liters and 286 horsepower. Initially, it was available as a two-door coupe. Later on, a four-door version was also offered, which filled the gap left by the temporarily discontinued M5.

- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
