Saab 900 Turbo Cabriolet T16 — 1991

• Mechanical condition

  The car runs smoothly with no whistling sounds from the turbo, is well serviced, and all essential functions are working properly. It comes with stylish rims and good tires as shown in the photos, and the original wheels with roadworthy tread depth are also included. The car feels solid and smooth on the road. It passed the most recent inspection with no remarks.
  
  The A/C is disconnected and has never been tested, but a new drive belt is included. The convertible top’s automatic mechanism works flawlessly, and the cover panels used when the top is down are in good condition.
  
  The headlights and front indicators are in like-new condition.

• Interior condition

  The light leather upholstery is clean and intact, and can be refreshed further if desired, as leather naturally tends to develop dryness and small cracks over time. There is some minor wear on the driver's side door sill, as shown in the photo. Parts of the side panels have been newly made by the current owner, who runs their own upholstery and saddlery workshop.
  
  The radio has been replaced with a functional Swedish unit, and the automatic antenna works properly. All instruments function except for the clock, and the gauges display in kilometers. The upper part of the dashboard is new and in perfect condition. The trunk is clean and in good, normal condition. The steering wheel has been replaced with a sport model designed for Saab.

• Exterior condition

  The red paint is in excellent condition and was likely resprayed in the original color a long time ago, with the work done to a very high standard. The fabric convertible top is newly made and completely flawless. The windows are also in excellent condition with no issues.
  
  All emblems appear to have been replaced and are in great shape. A thin, elegant pinstripe along the upper sides enhances the car’s appearance—see photos. There are no signs of rust or repairs to the bodywork. Some minor traces of previous paint scuffs that have been touched up can be seen, as well as faint marks from emblem replacements.

• General condition

  A very fine and fairly rare car with only minor imperfections.

• At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
• During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.

Important to know before placing your bids!

• Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
• When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
• If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
• If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
• Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
• For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
