Description
The car was purchased new in 2004 by a German entrepreneur working in the HVAC industry. It was delivered by Bauer Automobile GmbH in Flensburg, Germany. By December 2006, the car had covered just under 16,000 km, and the owner traded it in for a new Alfa 159 sedan after his family expanded and a larger car was needed.
At the same time, a Swedish gentleman named Ulf was on a motoring holiday in Germany and took the opportunity to visit a few dealerships around the Flensburg area. He stepped into Bauer Automobile, saw the red Alfa Romeo GT, and immediately fell in love. A deal was made, and on January 2, 2007, the GT was registered in Sweden.
Ulf already had other daily-driver cars in his garage, so this Alfa became an enthusiast vehicle from the very beginning. The owner is meticulous by nature and has spared no expense on maintenance. He has very rarely driven the car on gravel roads, specifically to avoid unnecessary stone chips and wear. This is one of the reasons why the car remains in such fine condition today. During winter, the Alfa was stored in a heated garage and driven only during the summer months.
Ulf has always been diligent with engine oil service intervals, with no expense spared on upkeep. The timing belt was replaced in 2022 at 119,440 km. The most recent service was carried out on May 8, 2025, at 128,350 km, and the car has barely been driven since. The car is being sold solely due to the owner’s age.
Included with the car are the original tools and jack, the original tire repair kit, owner’s manual, and a fully stamped service book — see photos of the service history booklet. Also included are four winter wheels that are now 20 years old. They were used on only ONE occasion, when the car was driven home from Germany in December 2006. Apart from that, the car has, as mentioned, not been driven during winter conditions. The car has also been treated twice with Dinitrol rust protection.

Equipped with the legendary 3.2-liter V6, also known as the Busso V6 after its designer Giuseppe Busso. Paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. According to factory specifications, the engine produces 240 hp. Everything is in working order, including the air conditioning.

Attractive and tasteful leather interior. There is a small scuff on the dashboard next to the glove compartment.

Exterior condition
The original paintwork is in better condition than one would expect considering the car’s age and mileage. There are a few minor stone chips on the front end, as well as a small paint scrape on the edge of the right-hand door. These remarks are almost overly meticulous when considering the car as a whole.
Equipped with original alloy wheels fitted with 225/45-R17 tires. The rear tires show some wear, see photos. -
General condition
A youngtimer that will achieve classic/veteran status in 8 years. This example is in such fine condition that it would be a shame for someone to start using it year-round. Considering the overall condition and context, it has only insignificant remarks.

Owner's comment
A fantastic grand touring car. I have owned several Alfa Romeos over the years, but nothing compares to the comfort and power of the Alfa GT with the proper V6 engine. Approximately 95% of the mileage I have covered has been on long-distance journeys. Driving 400–500 km in one stretch with this car is absolutely no problem from a comfort perspective.
I have taken very good care of the car, and it has never been repainted or damaged. Unfortunately, age catches up with us all, and I am reluctantly selling my GT. But everything has its time, and I sincerely hope the car will go to someone with a genuine passion for Alfa Romeo.
Facts about the model
The Alfa Romeo GT (Type 937) is a grand tourer that was produced by the Italian automaker Alfa Romeo between 2003 and 2010. It was the last production Alfa Romeo designed by Bertone. The GT was introduced in March 2003 at the Geneva Motor Show.
