Description
The car was originally purchased new by a relative of the current owner. It was in good condition without rust but a little matte and worn out in the paint. The current owner bought the car in 2005 and had it repainted in its original color, as well as conducted a mechanical overhaul. Before delivery, the car will undergo an inspection.

Mechanical condition
The Opel is running smoothly and is mechanically in excellent condition. It has recently been serviced by a knowledgeable owner, and everything is functioning properly.

The interior is all original and in good condition, although there is a larger stain on the passenger seat.

Exterior condition
The car was repainted in its original red color about 15 years ago and is still in top condition. Multiple layers of clear coat were applied to help retain its shine. The wheels, tires, and other body details are without any issues.

This is a very rare car on our roads today, so this is a specimen well worth preserving.

Owner's comment
I bought the car from my uncle about 15 years ago. It was in good condition both inside and out but needed a new paint job, which Vånga Lack outside Kristianstad took care of. The original color was used, topped with 5 layers of clear coat for protection. The car has also been rust-proofed in Vallberga and is 99% rust-free. It now has a Simons sports exhaust system installed, but the original one is still available and comes with the car. All documents and the original sales brochure are included with the car.
Facts about the model
In the mid-1980s, the model received something of a fresh start when the range-topping GSi was equipped with body kits from Irmscher and Recaro seats. Although the engine still modestly produced 110 hp, there were plenty of aftermarket parts available, and the rallying successes of the Manta 400 more than adequately stirred interest in the showrooms.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
