Description
The Mercedes 190 (no E, Einspritzungen) is a two-litre carburetor model with an automatic choke. Four-speed manual transmission, well-suited to high-speed Autobahn driving in West Germany. It is extremely fuel-efficient.
The light green metallic contrasts nicely with the all-green textile interior. Front and rear side windows are manual, but the sunroof is electric.
Extra accessory rim (OZ crosscatger) adds a more luxurious/sportier look, but otherwise the car is completely original and is fitted with a Towbar.
It was originally sold in Dalarna (Philipson/Hanson Motor AB Mora), where it has also spent the majority of its life. The car was manufactured in 1986, but it was not registered until 1988. From 1989 to 2016, its had the same owner.

The drivetrain feels very tight and has been well-serviced. 2.0-litre engine with four-speed manual transmission. Braking performance is nice and balanced, and it's very stable at highway speeds.

Interior condition
The car's complete and flawless textile upholstery demonstrates that it has only rolled 13,000km. Window and an electric roof hatch operate without a hitch. Original "Clarion" stereo with digital display and auto mode. Clean headliner, floors (original rubber mats), and luggage compartment. Mobile holders with fastening holes in the dashboard have been installed in the vehicle.

Facts about the model
Mercedes-Benz serie W201 kom till Sverige som 1984 års modell. De tillverkades mellan 1982 och 1993. Modellen väckte stort intresse från början då detta var första gången Mercedes gav sig in i den lilla kompaktklassen. Bilen erbjöds med både bensin- och dieselmotor. Bilen fick ett bra mottagande men ansågs dyr och trång i förhållande till sin storlek. Med tiden blev den dock en uppskattad modell och lade grunden till Mercedes-Benz volymserie C-klass.

Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
