Description
We have been in contact with the previous owner, who confirmed that the engine and drivetrain were rebuilt over a two-year period, followed by a full body and interior renovation over the next three years, completed in the early 2000s. The repaint was professionally carried out by a specialist, with extensive preparation, three coats of paint, and multiple layers of clearcoat. The underbody and inner panels were also properly oil-sealed. The quality still shows today — the car presents very well with no rust issues.
Parts and expertise were sourced with help from Kjell at Anglo Cars. The current owner has continued to use Anglo Cars for servicing and repairs over nearly a decade. All work and mileage have been carefully recorded by hand, with the car driven sparingly at around 500–1,000 km per year.
Nothing to sort — the car is ready to be enjoyed and driven home. It comes with a well-fitted roof, a virtually new tonneau cover and is inspection-exempt.

Mechanical condition
Engine starts directly, just needing a few minutes to warm up. It runs smoothly with no unusual engine noises and feels stable. Easy to drive with good gear changes (no overdrive), solid road holding, and strong brakes. The engine bay is clean and well kept. The boot space is also clean with no rust, though it has no carpets or spare wheel. Only note: the generator warning light can occasionally flicker, but there are no charging issues — it has been like this for the past 10 years. Fitted with nice alloy wheels and good tyres. Inspection-exempt.

Interior condition
Great interior combination in all black. Well kept throughout, with seats in good condition — only a small 1 cm tear on the driver’s seat (see pictures), nothing that stands out. Carpets, panels, door cards, and the inner roof of the cabriolet are all in good order. The dashboard is in good condition with original gauges and instrumentation, all in working order, along with a modern Sony CD radio. Fitted with a Moto-Lita steering wheel to cap it all off.

Exterior condition
The car presents very well in all aspects, with clean and straight bodywork and well-aligned panels. There are no signs of damage or rust, which is also reflected underneath — a result of the professional renovation and careful ownership. It has always been kept in a warm garage and has not been driven in winter since the work was completed.
The paintwork is a bright, glossy red with no standout issues, only a few minor marks and small touch-ups. Chrome trim is clean and shiny overall, with some light oxidation on the front left bumper horn (see pictures).
The roof is in good condition and fits well. There is a small crack in the plastic rear window, currently covered with tape. A roof cover and clip-on tonneau cover are also included. -
General condition
Perfect summer car for anyone looking for something to simply hop in and drive home — nothing to worry about, just turn the key and enjoy.

- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
