BMW Z4 E85 Roadster 2.5i — 2003

• Mechanical condition

  The engine starts instantly and runs smoothly with no unusual noises, accompanied by a lovely exhaust note, especially in Sport mode. On the road, the car is effortless and comfortable to drive, with excellent road manners, a responsive automatic gearbox, and strong brakes.
  
  The car comes with plenty of older documentation and received a full service costing over 6,000 SEK last June. It sits on a nice set of M3 alloy wheels with good tyres all round and is inspected until 2026-11-30, ready to be driven home and enjoyed.
  
  The traction control warning light can occasionally appear after the battery has been disconnected and the system loses its stored settings. However, I experienced no issues during my own test drive of approximately one hour.

• Interior condition

  Interior is clean, tidy, and in good overall condition. The driver's seat bolster shows some wear on the outer edge (see pictures). The door cards, trim panels, carpets, and headliner all present well. The dashboard is undamaged, and all electrical features work as they should, including the windows, mirrors, electric roof, and ice-cold air conditioning. The roof opens and closes smoothly, fits properly, and shows no damage. The boot area is also clean and tidy.

• Exterior condition

  This car presents very well, with straight, clean bodywork and no known rust issues. There is a small 1 cm dent in the middle of the driver's door and another tiny dent on the top edge of the front wing, both of which are barely noticeable. The underbody is clean and tidy with no signs of damage or corrosion.
  
  The paintwork remains bright and glossy throughout. There are two small scuffs around the edges of the boot lid and a small 5 cm mark on the right-hand side of the front bumper (see pictures). These minor cosmetic imperfections do not detract from the car's overall appearance and are very modest considering the car is now over 20 years old.

• General condition

  These are reliable and great fun to enjoy in the summer. More powerful than most of their rivals, they also offer excellent build quality and have a habit of holding their value well. A modern classic you can enjoy with confidence and still feel good about owning in years to come.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .

• At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
• During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.

Important to know before placing your bids!

• Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
• When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
• If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
• If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
• Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
• For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
