Description
B20 motorn kom året innan och gör att bilen känns ovanligt pigg även med dagens krav. Därtill skivbromsar fram gör att bilen riktigt kul att köra. Denna bil har varit i Uppland och mälardalen sedan ny. Den har haft fem ägare och fyra brukare. Det är en av de sista som lämnade fabriken våren 1970 och registrerades in den 20/8 1970. Den 1/6 samma år upphörde produktionen av Amazonen.
Bilen har originallack upptill och lite bättringar nertill, samt omlackade bakskärmar, under listen. Sammantaget är den ovanligt hel och fin i lack och kaross samt i motorrum och bagage. Man ser att den fått professionell rostskyddsbehandling i hålrum och undertill regelbundet och att den aldrig varit rostskadad. Inredningen är helt original med fint innertak och hel och snygg klädsel på säten och dörrar. Mattorna är bytta mot nya, och under mattorna är rent och fint, med originalacken intakt. Sammantaget en av de bättre sena amazoner vi sett, som inte varit renoverade.

Mechanical condition
The car starts right away and the engine feels lively. A joy to drive. The owner drove from Stockholm to Gothenburg last summer and it was pure pleasure, he said. No technical remarks. Everything works as it should. Just honk and drive this summer.

Interior condition
Nice red original upholstery, nice dashboard. No flagging around the speedometer. No wear on the steering wheel, etc. Unusually complete and fresh interior.

Exterior condition
Nice body, which has never been stored. However, there are some minor repairs at the bottom of the edges and sills, see pictures. Nice chrome and glass as well as trim. Very neat overall impression. Note is door swing and scratches after roof rack on roof and roof trim, see pictures.
A machine polishing and waxing would have further enhanced the impression. -
General condition
Unusually good condition. It is evident that it is a low mileage vehicle that has been stored in a dry garage and had few owners. In the best possible working condition. Everything works perfectly.

- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
