Description
The bike has nevertheless undergone an extensive renovation with many desirable upgrades and rare period parts. It is fitted with a fully rebuilt 7.-8 hp engine and 5-speed gearbox, giving performance closer to a small 70cc motorcycle than a traditional moped. Other highlights include a sought-after Sunflower 55 cylinder head, large 150 mm front hub, bigger forks, newly built wheels, KS100 front and rear end components, KS100 levers, new mudguards, and rechromed forks.
The large fuel tank has also been newly rechromed at a cost of over 10,000 SEK alone, showing the level of investment and detail put into the build. When asked roughly what had been invested in the renovation over the years, the owner estimated well over 40,000 SEK excluding the original purchase price of the bike.
