"A very fine machine that performs well, runs beautifully, and is in top condition."

Description

The 1975 Honda CB 750 Four comes from the era when the Japanese inline-fours began reshaping the entire motorcycle world. This particular example has undergone an extensive restoration with the ambition of returning the bike to a condition reminiscent of when it first left the factory.

The frame was stripped by sandblasting and repainted, while the engine was completely dismantled and rebuilt from the ground up. At the same time, it was bored out to 836 cc, giving the classic four-cylinder even more power and character. Every detail of the motorcycle has been reviewed during the full restoration — from the chassis and frame to the drivetrain. It has also been fitted with a NOS exhaust system.

Since the restoration was completed, the motorcycle has covered only 70 kilometers. The result is a Honda CB 750 Four that combines classic 1970s character with the feel of a newly built machine — a classic motorcycle in a condition that is difficult to find today. Most recently inspected on 2024-05-14, and ready for the road.

Facts about the model

The 1975 Honda CB 750 Four — often referred to as the K5 model or the F1 Super Sport — is an iconic machine from the generation that defined the term “superbike.” The 1975 model year is particularly interesting because Honda offered both the traditional K-series and the new, sportier F-series at the same time.

The classic “Universal Japanese Motorcycle” (UJM). It retained the characteristic four-into-four exhaust system with four separate chrome silencers, wire-spoke wheels, a front disc brake, and a rear drum brake.

CB750 F1 Super Sport:
Introduced in 1975 with a more modern appearance. It featured a four-into-one exhaust system, a longer fuel tank, a redesigned seat with a stepped rear section, and a rear disc brake in addition to the front disc.
