Description
The Amazon was bought new in 1959 by a car director at Volvo in Ystad. He had the car anti-rust treatment, which at that time was an option. For this reason, it has fared very well from any rust attack. He owned the car for 17 years before selling it.
In the 80s it was bought by an enthusiast who renovated the engine and the car completely with NOS parts including the front wings. There wasn't much rust to fix so when the renovation was finished it was painted in the original colour.
The current owner bought the car 30 years ago and has used it very sparingly and looked after it well. A real anti-rust treatment was done in 2008 and service in autumn 2021, it was also inspected without remark on 2021-10-09 for the last time.
As space in the garage is needed for another object, he chooses to sell the car
forward to another enthusiast.

Original interior in fantastically good condition with few traces of use. seat covers were put on when the car was new and removed during the renovation. There are only a few moisture spots around the rear window.
