"A well-restored 1800S in a beautiful color combination, carefully refurbished with attention to detail. A car that truly stands out in its stunning light blue hue."

Description

Fully restored approximately 13 years ago, this car has been carefully modernized with a B20 engine, while the original matching-numbers B18 engine is included in the sale. Since the restoration, it has been driven around 30,000 km.

The front seats have been reupholstered in black leather, and the difference compared to the vinyl rear seat is negligible. All technical systems are functioning satisfactorily, except for the oil pressure gauge, which is currently not connected. The car was approved for inspection indefinitely in 2017. Extensive documentation is included.

Condition

  • Mechanical condition:

Engine and gearbox are functioning satisfactorily. According to the seller, the engine has been rebuilt, although the exact scope of the work is somewhat unclear. New brakes and springs were installed during the restoration. Comes with two sets of keys.

  • Interior condition:

The interior is in outstanding condition. Trim, carpets, headliner, dashboard, and door panels were all replaced during the restoration. As previously mentioned, the front seats have also been refurbished.

  • Exterior condition:

Nicely repainted about 13 years ago, and the paint has held up very well over time. There are a few small bubbles in the seams of the sills, but they haven’t progressed in recent years. The bumpers, chrome trim, and lighting units are all in great condition. The windshield has a small stone chip, but otherwise all glass is in good shape. A stainless steel exhaust system is fitted, along with new genuine Minilite wheels.

  • General condition:

A car restored with great care and sensibility — largely kept in original condition with a few thoughtful upgrades to enhance the driving experience. In our opinion, nothing about it feels out of place.
