Description
A correct and charming Historic Racing and Rally PV Sport with a fine competition history from the 1960s. The FIA HTP (Historic Technical Passport) documents are updated and valid through 2028. The car has likely been a competition vehicle since new, although the full history is not entirely detailed. It was raced with great success on Nordic tracks in the early 2010s, with class victories every year. The entire front end has new bushings and wheel bearings, and the engine has just over 20 hours of operation/150-200 km since being rebuilt. Measured power at the rear wheels is 145 hp. New competition-grade Avon tires are installed.
The car has a setup for asphalt rallying/racing, but can easily be modified for gravel rallies. A skid plate is installed, and the bumper is not included. An optimal competition car for the class up to 1961, where the PV Sport 544 serves as a gateway to exotic historical events such as the Tour Auto, which would otherwise be difficult to enter.

Quick and responsive engine with a good, tight steering feel for a PV. The engine output of 145 hp, measured at the drive wheels, is perfectly balanced at the homologation limit.
