Mercedes-Benz SL 320 — 1995

• Mechanical condition

  The engine and transmission feel healthy and are responsive in acceleration and shifting. The brakes and chassis are also in good condition. A general service and a brake service was recently done. The engine compartment is clean, dry, and neat, but the sound insulation mat for the hood is missing.

• Interior condition

  The leather interior is worn and requires repair, lubrication and recoloring, but the hardtop's inner lining is undamaged. The driver's door panel has a small damage near the opening handle, and the windshield wiper stops randomly in the intermittent setting, though it still completes its sweep. The air conditioning is not blowing cold air.

• Exterior condition

  The car has a nice blue paint in its original color, which would benefit greatly from a deep polish. The convertible top folds well, but its frame has surface rust on the chrome, and the top's windows are completely cracked and need replacing. Otherwise, the fabric of the top is intact and fresh. There are small blisters on the left front fender and at the bottom of the hardtop's C-pillars. The car is equipped with good Maxxis tires on original rims, but these appear to be from another Mercedes model.

• General condition

  This used 1990s classic, with both financial and enthusiastic effort, has the potential to become a fine and representative collector's car.

When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.

Important to know before placing your bids!

• Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
• When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
• If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
• If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
• Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
• For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
