Description
I bought the car in 1977 in its original condition. Matching Numbers (engine, gearbox, and rear axle), original B18B engine with 115 horsepower. All specific 123 GT parts are included. The fender mirrors are included but not mounted, as they are in poorer condition.
The car has driven approximately 295 000 km, confirmed by old inspection records.
The original engine has now been partially refurbished with new crankshaft and main bearings, C-camshaft, oil and water pump, honed cylinders & new piston rings, and refurbished cylinder head (however, not lead-free converted). The entire carburetor setup has been refurbished by the SU specialist in Umeå. Generator and starter motor also refurbished. New clutch and tires. The entire brake system was overhauled a few years ago, with new brake calipers, front discs, and brake servo. All oils and fluids have been replaced. Newly installed Ferrita stainless steel sports exhaust system from manifold to tailpipe. New fuel tank and sender. The original engine, which is now back in the car, was replaced in the mid-1980s and has covered approximately 230 000 km.

Mechanical condition
Everything is working well and the engine has recently been partially renovated (see description).

Interior condition
Original interior in good condition with reupholstered front seats. The mats are dry and brittle, and the instrument panel has some cracks.

Exterior condition
A repaint done in 1980 that has spray filler spots and crackling. The door sides were given new sheet metal at that time but have warped slightly from the welding. The chrome is in reasonable condition with signs of use, and the wheels and tires are in good shape. Original roof moldings are included, as well as the side mirrors that are supposed to be mounted on the fenders (which are rust-damaged).

Nice GT that, with some cosmetic restoration, will become a good collector's item.

- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
