BMW Z3 Roadster 1,8 — 1996

• Mechanical condition

  The BMW starts easily and runs well, with a smooth gearbox, good clutch, solid brakes and a stable driving feel. There are no warning lights, and it is inspected until 31 August 2027. Recent maintenance includes fresh engine oil and filter, new crankcase ventilation and air intake hoses, and a new battery. It sits on a good set of alloy wheels with quality tyres.

• Interior condition

  Black leather interior is clean and tidy, showing only wear to the seat bolsters. The door cards, carpets, interior panels and hood lining are all in good condition. There is minor damage to the passenger-side plastic sill trim, while the dashboard is free from cracks and all gauges, electric windows and mirrors are in working order. An Alpine Bluetooth stereo has been fitted, although the plastic trim cover behind the rear-view mirror is missing.

• Exterior condition

  Overall, the BMW is a presentable and honest example with straight bodywork. There are 2 small dent on the rear quarter panel near the fuel filler and a few minor dings along the door edges. The underbody is clean and solid with no significant rust issues. The front edges of the sills have worn underseal with some visible surface rust, but no holes, and would benefit from fresh undersealing.
  
  The paintwork remains bright and presentable, showing a few light scratches on the boot lid along with some minor marks and touch-ups (see photos). The soft top fits well and is easy to open and close. It has no holes, only a few age-related scuffs, while the rear window appears to have been re-stitched.

• General condition

  The BMW Z3 is renowned for its reliability, simple maintenance and affordable running costs, making it an excellent modern classic. Now that this example is over 30 years old, it is road tax exempt, making ownership even more economical. • At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
• During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.

Important to know before placing your bids!

• Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
• When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
• If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
• If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
• Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
• For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
