Description
The car has been completely restored and repainted from silver to its striking original yellow (color code 308). Although it’s a 2008 model, it has been updated to the 2012 appearance, featuring the black Griffin interior, redesigned front bumper, larger Saab grille, and updated rear trim from the later model boot lid. It also comes with newer original 18-inch Alu90 wheels, fitted with almost new tires. The car was fully registered in Sweden on 2020-05-28, and the current mileage is 152,738 miles, approximately 243,000 km.
The car has been reprogrammed to Swedish specifications, including updates to the radio, ACC panel, and the SID display in the speedometer (information system). In addition, it has received extra Dynotrol underbody rust protection and has been upgraded with Saab’s own performance software, boosting output to 280 hp.
The car was serviced in September 2024, which also included a brake fluid replacement, and it is inspected until 2025-11-03.A brief summary of the car’s equipment:

Mechanical condition
No issues to report — the car starts instantly, and the engine runs smoothly. It drives nicely through the gearbox and brakes well, with good road handling and no vibrations or unwanted noises. The engine bay and boot space are both very clean and tidy. There are no warning lights, and everything works as it should, including the roof and air conditioning. It also features nice alloy wheels fitted with good tires.

Interior condition
Interior is well kept and undamaged, with all electrical features — including the roof, mirrors, windows, seats, air conditioning, digital displays, and radio — in full working order. The seats are in great condition throughout, with only minor marks in a few places. The door cards, headliner, and carpets are all nice, showing only slight signs of wear, mainly on the switches for the windows and roof.

Exterior condition
Bodywork is undamaged, with no dents, damage, or signs of rust, and the underbody is clean and tidy with no issues. The paintwork is bright and clean, with only a few small marks, none of which stand out. The front lower plastic diffuser beneath the bumper is cracked. The only visible trace of the original silver paint is in the spare wheel well in the boot. The roof is undamaged and operates smoothly both up and down, with just a few typical scuffs from normal use.

General condition
A wonderful-looking car that has been tastefully updated by a knowledgeable and enthusiastic owner. The current owner has never had any problems with the car. Best of all, it’s roughly half the price of an equivalent 9-3 Aero.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
