This Swedish-made holiday caravan sleeps four people and is designed for compact living.
Toppola is created in Landskrona and is usually for SAAB 99/900, although a few have been made for 9000, like this one.
This SAAB was purchased by the owner's family in 2008 and has been used regularly in the summer for excursions in both Sweden and Europe. It has performed wonderfully. The car was well-maintained and kept in a garage during the winter. Unfortunately, the man in the family died in 2013, and the car was never utilized. The car's owner feels it's a shame that it isn't used as often as it should be, so he wants someone enthusiast to take over and make sure it gets back on the road.

Mechanical condition
It runs smoothly and is well-maintained. Toppola kitchen and heating have not been tested, although it is fitted with solar cells that should function properly.

Interior condition
The original interior of the car is in good shape, as is the interior of Toppola. An old and repaired moisture damage has been discovered around the skylight in the house section, and a little portion of the ceiling at the back of the coupe has become loose.

Exterior condition
The original paint is in good shape, with only a few minor parking dents and little wear. Excellent tires and wheels. There is no visible damage to the Toppola body.

General condition
A versatile motorhome for relaxing vacations that functions well and is ready to drive. Is equipped with a towbar, so maybe the boat or something else fun can come along.

Facts about the model
Toppola var en campingtillsats ursprungligen tillverkad för Saab 99 combi-coupé och som producerades av företaget SCANDO i Landskrona. Genom att ta bort bakluckan och montera tillsatsen kunde man, på under en halvtimme, lätt konvertera sin bil till en husbil. Toppola hade en inre ståhöjd på två meter och en säng på 170 x 200 cm. Toppolan kunde utrustas med kök och även med uppvärmning för att användas på vintern. Totalt sett ökade Toppolan vikten på bilen med ca 115 kg.
Toppola gjordes först för Saab 99, men senare också för Saab 900, Saab 9000, Saab 9-3 och Ford Sierra och Ford Scorpio. Omkring 300 exemplar av olika modeller tillverkades från 1982 till 1996 då tillverkningen lades ned.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
