Before the present owner obtained this DS 21 IE Pallas, it was renovated by the well-known Citroen mechanic Ulf Stålnacke in Gothenburg, Stålnacke's DS-butiken AB.
Many people consider this car to be a dream car because of its leather upholstery, power steering, manual transmission, turning head lights, stereo radio with USB adapter for a mobile phone, and other features. During the renovation, it was repainted from gray-white to the current color.

Facts about the model
När Citroën DS (uttalas Deésse, gudinna på franska) presenterades på Paris bilsalong 1955 togs hela bilvärlden med storm, ingen hade sett något liknande. Modellen levde i 20 år och fick 1967 en viktig nyhet i form av en nytt hydrauloljesystem baserat på en grön mineralolja, LHM, Liquide Hydraulique Minérale. Det här var stor förbättring jämfört med den tidigare hydraulvätskan till fjädringssystemet som hade likheter med vanlig bromsvätska. Den är hygroskopisk, det vill säga löslig med vatten, och det ledde ibland till korrosion i systemet, just som vanliga bromssystem med DOT 4-klassning kan råka ut för.
Just årsmodellen 1967 anses som speciellt attraktiv då det är den enda med den gamla fronten och det nya LHM-systemet. Motoralternativen var ganska enkla, en V6-motor fanns under utveckling, men kom aldrig i produktion på grund av att den mindre kommande GS-modellen krävde mer av utvecklingsbudgeten.
Men under Gudinnans sista år kom i alla fall insprutningsversioner på 2,1-motorn och den sista uppborrade versionen, 2,3IE. De utvecklade 125 respektive 140 hk.
I Sverige kallas DS ofta lite plumpt för Paddan, medan man på andra språk har betydligt vackare epitet, som sagt i synnerhet på originalspråket. En francais, une Deésse.

Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
