Condition

  • Mechanical condition:

The engine starts instantly and runs smoothly with a satisfying V8 sound, and the engine bay is clean and well-kept. The car drives smoothly, the gearbox shifts as it should, and the brakes perform well. The ABS warning light occasionally blinks, though no issues were noted during the last inspection—likely due to a dirty sensor. As noted, the cambelt and water pump were replaced in 2022. The air conditioning blows cold through the upper dashboard vents, although not through the front-facing vents. Mechanically, the car appears sound and ready to be driven home. It is currently inspected and valid until 2027-03-31.

  • Interior condition:

interior is well-kept and clean, with the leather upholstery ina good condition, showing only minor signs of wear. The door cards, carpets, and headliner are all in good shape, although the rear section of the headliner is beginning to sag slightly (see photos). There is some pixelation on the center display and radio. The electric windows and mirrors are fully functional, as is the radio. The central locking system operates from the driver’s door, but not from the front passenger door; the tailgate locks properly with the central system.

  • Exterior condition:

The bodywork is generally straight, with only a small, soft dent on the driver’s door—barely noticeable. Some visible rust is present around the rear window, the edges of the doors, and along the lower inner wing sections (see photos). The paintwork is presentable and appears to have been partially resprayed at some point. There are some small blisters, mostly on the bonnet and wing edges, along with a few minor marks and scratches. Nothing is urgent and these areas can be addressed gradually. The underbody appears solid, with no obvious issues.

  • General condition:

A fun car with loads of comfort and plenty of power, this Audi V8 is rapidly becoming a sought-after youngtimer. It’s ready to be enjoyed as it is, with the option to gradually address the minor cosmetic issues over time—making it both a rewarding drive and a smart long-term investment.
