Volvo 164 — 1969

With its straight six, the B30 machine sounds right, the top is newly renovated, and it has only been driven a maximum of 1000 kilometers since assembly, which is a good measure for a new owner. When changing gears, the gearbox feels okay, but it needs to be looked at again. It could be the mounts, service, or adjustment that's needed to make it really smooth.

New, nice and soft black leather upholstery that is as slick as only new leather upholstery can be. The dashboard's plastic wood imitation has a few enhancements in the form of a few pieces of wood tape, but they are easily cleaned up or replaced. The luggage compartment lacked a floor and carpet at the time of documentation, but this should be addressed before delivery, as should a window winder on the left rear. The steering wheel should also be adjusted and repositioned

Nice exterior impression, partially repainted and entertaining with an unusual original color of 164. It's also nice that the actual daytime running lights from the 1977 Dipped-Beam Act are still in place. A few chrome trims as well as the right rearview mirror and fog light reflectors, need to be replaced.

This 164 will pique the interest of many Volvo fans, especially because it is an early model in excellent condition. This car has the potential to become a really nice car and a great chassis number with a few minor tweaks.
