This car was imported to Sweden from Germany in 2001, and the initial owner in Sweden installed new wings and sidesteps, as well as repainted the car. It has since rolled around central Sweden. Lars, the current owner who has owned the car for 3.5 years contacted the TV show because he had purchased a few too many "toys," and the car is now being sold for him via the TV program to help fix his economy.
The car starts readily and drives well. Relatively good body and base plate, however there are some rust spots on the lower body that need to be repaired, but the car is in fine shape as is.
The mileage is currently 499 km, but its at least driven 100,499 km

Nice color and previous repaint with some paint touch ups and blisters under the roof, drainage channels, and on the front doors. The body and base plate / chassis are in fair shape overall. Completely new and appealing convertible top in Mercedes fabric of the finest quality. A more retro design, featuring taillights from an older 1960s model.

Good working beetle cab with a large 1600 engine that may be used as is. Also easily enhanced with a few cosmetic fixes.

1302 var toppmodellen när den kom hösten 1970 med Mac-Pherson fjädring och skivbromsar framtill och dubbelledad bakaxel Samtidigt sista modellen med platt framruta, innan 1303 kom 1973. 1302-modellen blir alltmer eftertraktad då det är en trevlig blandning av mer modern Bubbla-teknik och fortfarande lite av den gamla stilen, på ruta och instrumentbräda mm.

For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
