Beschreibung

Early Ford Sierra of the first generation. Do not let the matt paint fool you, this can be a really good enthusiast car. The car is sold by the estate and has been parked and garaged since December 2015. The car has been owned by the same owner (a car collector in Mjölby) since 1994 and it was his wife's car. It is in completely untouched original condition and has always been in the garaged. The car can be really nice after machine polishing and interior cleaning. The car has had 4 owners and the meter reading is 51230 km. If you reference the older inspection reports, the figures are correct. Original instruction book, warranty certificate issued to the first owner and service notes are included.

Beurteilung Fahrzeugzustand

  • Zustand technisch:

    Equipped with Ford's well-proven 2-litre, 4-cylinder in-line engine of 101hp, and automatic transmission. Started surprisingly easily after the long shutdown. The box shifted nicely when we drove it at the time of photographing. It needs a new battery and a service after the off-the-road period. Last inspected in 2014 and taken off the road in 2015.

  • Zustand Interieur:

    Well-preserved furnishings no holes or noticeable wear. Needs cleaning on the upholstery of the driver's seat. There are some cracks in the padding on the dashboard. Good luggage compartment but cleaning needed. Nice headliner and door panels.

  • Zustand Exterieur:

    Good body with even straight door gaps. Matt paint but in need of polishing and reconditioning. Anti-rust treated, so not suffering from big rust problems. Only a few minor surface rust spots along the bottom edge, and at some on the side trims. See the pictures. Stone chips in the windshield on the driver's side.

  • Zustand gesamt:

    Nice and and rare car to see on the Swedish roads, easy to get this one back in traffic.

Fakten zum Modell

Ford Sierra började produceras i slutet av 1982 som årsmodell 1983. Den ersatte Ford Taunus och Ford Cortina 1983. Sierra var Fords första modernt strömlinjeformade bil. Den kom först i tre- och femdörrars halvkombiversioner (Kombi-sedan sa Ford), och en helkombi. I Sverige såldes Sierra med 2,0 liters motor (101 hk) som standard kallad 2,0 OHC och 5-växlad låda. Sierra fick en facelift 1984 med bredare lyktor och större bagageutrymme.

When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
  • Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
  • When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
  • If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
  • If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
  • Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
  • For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
