The current owner bought the car in California in 2013 by the first owner. The car is healthy and has no rust. The Diamond Jubilee model was only manufactured in 1978 and is today the most sought after by the Mark V versions. Meter position is about 33000 miles or 52800 km. This is undocumented, but still probable. The driving experience is like an Atlantic steamer on Swedish narrow roads. The car has been driven about 500 km in the last 5 years.

Original with Diamond Jubilee puff-stuffed fabric interior (only available on Diamond Jubilee and Collector’s Edition). Moon roof. There is some damage in the fabric on the top edges of the doors as well as dropping in the fabric inside the opera windows. However, it comes with a new original fabric. In the trunk there is untouched fabric in the correct Diamond Jubilee interior with tool bag. However, without tools

Zustand Exterieur
Original varnish to 80%. Some color difference on the small surfaces that are repainted.
On some flat surfaces the paint is sun-bleached but original. The current owner has chosen not to repaint the car as he thinks it feels more fun to have it untouched. -

Good original car in largely untouched and stainless. Nothing needs to be addressed in the next few years.

Fakten zum Modell
Only 5,159 copies of the model were manufactured in 1978. Only in two colors ¬– Diamond Blue and Jubilee Gold. The bumper and grille should have the same colors as the car. The interior was only found in fabric in the “puff-checkered” version that was also found in the Collector’s Edition. Drained luggage space is also specific to the Diamond Jubilee version as well as the Collector’s Edition. The opera windows have a diamond in the text Diamond Jubilee.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .
- At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
- For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
