This Opel was bought new on 21/5 1969 by a good friend of the current owner. Over the years, he was very careful about the car and meticulous about service and maintenance.
The car was driven until 1994 when he parked it and stored it in a garage.
It was there until 2016 when the current owner bought the car and did a service and review. In the spring of 2017, the Opel was inspected/Moted and has since been used sparingly during the summer. There was a typo on the odometer during the inspection, it should be 50082 km, not miles, today it has driven a total of 151928 km.

The original interior is in very good condition with few traces of use. Recaro seats were ordered and assembled directly at the factory before delivery.

The original paintwork is in a good condition. The only damage is on the left side under the rear window and a touch up on the upper side of the left front wing. Small touch up of stone chips etc exist. The chrome, tyres and wheels without remark.

Fakten zum Modell
Opels Kadett B släpptes 1966 och hade då växt i alla ledder, men byggde i huvudsak på samma teknik som föregångaren. Alla Kadett B hade transversalfjäder fram, 1966 och 1967 års modeller hade bladfjädrar bak, 1968 till 1973 års modell var utrustad med spiralfjädrar, förutom Caravan som fick behålla bladfjädrarna. En udda version kallades Olympia, och var en lite lyxigare version än Kadett, men förutom utsmyckning och motorer, var den identisk med Kadett. Större motorer kom också. Standard var nu 1100, men även 1500, 1700 och senare kom även 1900 cc i den populära Rally-Kadett versionen. Den stora motorn på 90 hästar, gav Rally-Kadetten god prestanda, och de användes flitigt i motortävlingar och med stora framgångar.
I Sverige blev Opels Rallye version genast en framgångssaga. Med SM-segrar i både Grupp 1 och 2. I 1970 års RAC-Rally kom Opels Rally Kadett tvåa, trea och fyra, med ett maffigt Opel-team bestående av svenskarna Bus-Ove Eriksson, Lillebror Nasenius och Janne ”Satan” Henriksson i spetsen.

- During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.
Important to know before placing your bids!
- Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
- When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
- If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
- If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
- Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
