Citroën GSA X1 — 1983

• Zustand technisch

  Runs fine and feels energetic. The brakes work well. The gas hydraulics provide unique driving characteristics and work satisfactorily. The engine compartment is nice and completely untouched, including the original spare wheel which is housed under the bonnet. The car has been standing for a while and some leakage from hydraulics is visible underneath, probably from the pump. An overhaul of the hydraulic system should be done to get it smooth and nice again.
  
  On the inside, instruments and controls work as they should except for the tachometer. Although this was a top model, the equipment is quite sparse. There is no power steering. Heating and ventilation work very well.

• Zustand Interieur

  If you look away from the original instrumentation, the interior is in fairly good condition. The centre console appears worn, however this is due to the original quality of the plastic rather than wear. The upholstery on these is quite thin and has a few of minor holes (see pictures) The headliner is without remark and the floor mats are very nice, likewise, the door cards.

• Zustand Exterieur

  Original paint, but probably partial repainted. It has generally held up well, there are some stone chips and small blisters mainly on the doors and rear hatch but nothing abnormal or alarming. The rubber details are in fairly good condition, grey is the original colour on most of these and is in good condition with some colour variation due to age. Some side trims has been glued and one of the spoilers on the right front is missing.
  
  Alloy wheels are in good condition with very few marks. Correct Michelin ZXZ tyres.
  
  Underneath looks very nice. The delicate joint between the front and rear floor has been welded up at some point. The rear exhaust system was replaced, and a small patch on the right front pipe.

• Zustand gesamt

  It should be mentioned that they were extremely prone to rust. So a GSA in this nice almost untouched condition is something very rare today. In reasonable used condition with lots of driving pleasure to give.

General information about the condition of the vehicles .

• At this auction, many vehicles have been included in car collections and have been stored (mothballed) for a long time. For this reason, they are described from a collector's perspective and may need technical reviews and maintenance service - oil, battery replacement, new tires, brake review, etc. - before they can be used. .
• During the auction days information about a vehicle may be updated up to the day before the auction ends. When you bid at the end of the auction period - and also if you have made an earlier bid - we therefore ask you to read the descriptions carefully, in case something has been changed due to new information.

Important to know before placing your bids!

• Once you have called in an item and the reservation price is reached we want you to deposit the entire purchase amount into our client funds account before retrieval can take place.
• When you need to retrieve a called in object we want you to examine it carefully. If you consider that the item does not match our description you do not need to complete the purchase. In this case the deposited purchase sum and the entry fee are refunded.
• If you do not examine the item on the spot the call charge will be debited, but you do not have to complete the deal.
• If you make the entire purchase exclusively at a distance you have 14 days to cancel, but must return the item at your own expense.
• Your shipping costs and other costs are not reimbursed when the right of withdrawal is exercised. Swedish court applies.
• For items that have not been collected within 14 days storage costs may be charged.
